Creamy Citrus Herb Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cosmo's Chilli Salt Lime Flavour Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Cosmo’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 small, diced onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley

    • Method:

    1. Combine Cosmo's Chilli Salt Lime Flavour Seasoning and Cosmo’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
    2. Rub mixture onto chicken.
    3. Heat oil in skillet.
    4. Sear chicken 2 mins per side.
    5. Add crushed garlic and onion cook for 2 mins.
    6. Add broth, cover, simmer 10-12 mins or until cooked through.
    7. Stir in cream & parsley.
    8. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.

    Serve with rice of seasonal vegetables.
